It is Hot

วัสดีๆ It's crazy how fast time is flying. This was another great week in Bangkapi. My child is so
awesome. The days are getting hotter which means it's almost Song Kran.

I honestly can't remember the week haha. It's all blending together.

We went to Dream World last week. Another Amusement Park. Way fun. Siam Park is better tho.

But we did find some LA's on the way to places so it was very cool.

Ate some french toast and Texas Chicken. Mcdonald's is good here. Apparently KFC is the most popular fast food place in all of Asia.

Taught people about Jesus Christ.

Got invited to go to a bar with a random guy from the street.

Sister Bun came to church. She's the wife of a member who recently got baptized. We're hoping to meet with her this week if the stars align.

I love being a missionary even when I have to deal with people's agency. Today I want to share a verse in the scriptures in 3 Nephi 4:7-10
7 And it came to pass that they did come up to battle; and it was in the sixth month; and behold, great and terrible was the day that they did come up to battle; and they were girded about after the manner of robbers; and they had a lamb-skin about their loins, and they were dyed in blood, and their heads were shorn, and they had head-plates upon them; and great and terrible was the appearance of the armies of Giddianhi, because of their armor, and because of their being dyed in blood.
8 And it came to pass that the armies of the Nephites, when they saw the appearance of the army of Giddianhi, had all fallen to the earth, and did lift their cries to the Lord their God, that he would spare them and deliver them out of the hands of their enemies.
9 And it came to pass that when the armies of Giddianhi saw this they began to shout with a loud voice, because of their joy, for they had supposed that the Nephites had fallen with fear because of the terror of their armies.
10 But in this thing they were disappointed, for the Nephites did not fear them; but they did fear their God and did supplicate him for protection; therefore, when the armies of Giddianhi did rush upon them they were prepared to meet them; yea, in the strength of the Lord they did receive them.

Just a couple of scriptures I liked. Even though the Gadianton Robbers were scary looking, the Nephites didn't fear them but they feared their God and trusted in Him to deliver them from evil. Don't be afraid of the modern day Gadianton Robbers who might not look the same but have the same intentions of hurting you spiritually. Trust the Lord in all your actions and know what the end goal is. The scary things on Earth aren't as scary when you realize the Lord is on your side. That's what scares the enemies of God the most. God wins every time. Don't choose the wrong team. It's always better to be on the winning team. I love you all! Have a fantastic week!

I also forgot to mention Brother Guh got baptized.
